Stir in lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard; pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove meat and vegetables from marinade, reserving marinade. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers. Prepare fire in grill.
