A phrase coined by James Winter, an English chap living in [[Finland]], during a long cold weekend in the late April 2009 'Spring' in [[Helsinki]], Finland. The origin of the phrase came from the reflection 'Hey, it's nearly May and its barely above freezing, and the North wind takes the wind-chill adjusted temperature to below freezing'.
