History
AcademyOne was formed by David Moldoff after leaving SunGard Higher Education in 2004. The company set off to develop a business plan to address the growing set of automated services first bridging institutional boundaries and policies - which enabled it to focus on college transfer. Since the founding, the company has extended the focus to K12 linkages and work force development.
