History
AutoClaims Direct. was founded in 2004 by Tara Esquivel and a team of claims professionals. It began as a small regional auto damage appraisal firm. In late 2004 the company eventually adopted technological approach that began with the addition of Adam Nazar and Ernie Bray who introduced proprietary claims management software that streamlined the auto damage appraisal process. <br>
