Centiare listings that utilize semantic tags achieve higher search results rankings through a combination of relevance and linkage. Example:

The Church of the Loving Shepherd is located in West Chester, PA. Assume that you were driving by one day and only got a glimpse of the full name. Later, you searched Google using a pretty common method: city+name fragments, which in this case would be "West Chester Church Shepherd". Here's the result you would get:

In addition to context/relevance, semantic tags also improve overall rankings through the effect of Centiare's internal link-farming.
