Please fix your Google docs

It is now over a year since. I have published quite clearly what the problem is. Let me reiterate this.

In 2005 or so I signed up with Classmates.com, putting in my real details in there, so as to try to get in touch with high school friends. I was directed there by a high school friend. I indeed did find 5 or 6 high school friends from there and managed to get in contact with them again.

After Poetlister was banned, I was talking to her (well, him, really) on MSN and at one point Poetlister was moaning about not being able to get in touch with all of her high school friends. I therefore suggested Classmates.com to her.

When Poetlister joined, she was asked to type in who invited her. Well, that was me. So, Poetlister put my name in there in the part that says "who invited you". I had put in the guy who invited me. And so forth.

I didn't actually know that Poetlister had actually created an account until your Google Docs thing started. I really doubt that it was used in any mischievous way at all, but then again you never know.

The point is that you are claiming that I created Poetlister's account, which is a total load of bull. I invited Poetlister to join. Indeed, I didn't really even do that. I just suggested going there to get a hold of class mates.

You put in a lot of assumptions based around that one tiny little thing and it is really offensive, especially as you put in my real name. You make it sound as if I started the whole thing, which is, of course, a total load of nonsense.

What you have written about me is not essential to your case. Your case is fine without it.

What you have written there is defamatory. It slanders my name. It is false. I have proven in the statements above, and if you ever actually go to Classmates.com you can verify it, that what you have said about me is false.

Had I created the account, I wouldn't have put my own name there as the invite. Think about it! What you have there doesn't prove what you say it proves.

Now, it has been over a year. Prove that you are not a liar and remove it.

Actually, that's the first coherent explanation you've given. I'll amend accordingly. Thanks for clearing that up.Proabivouac
