Epona is a free and open source Internet Relay Chat services package released under the GNU General Public License. It is designed to work under most Unix-like operating systems running compatible IRC daemons.

Fork

Template:Main In 2002, the author's disappearance from the development community, coupled with the subsequent reduction in stable releases of the software caused a fork of the project, Anope, to be launched.
