Here are some tips on how to create a Directory listing and take advantage of the semantic web features we have in place:
- You may write as an opinionated advocate in the Directory -- neutral view is not required. You can sell products, promote videos, upload documents, even host your own Google AdSense ads. This auto-fill form will guide you through creating a very basic directory listing right now.

Skip, the USS Rankin assoc listing is totally hot. I don't know if you know about Centiare' subpage features (along with associated semantic tags), but it makes it very easy to organize different layers eg bylaws, member roster, meetings, etc. Of course, images, YouTube clips or other embedded elements can be included at each level.
If you're interested in a good example of subpages, check out Directory:BIG Images. In addition, here's a link to Centiare's various embed features. Give me a holler if you need any help.
I should also mention that we have a method called Centiare:Aficionados for linking Main page articles (eg USS Rankin) to directory listings. Not only does it take advantage of our Relation:Subject Interest tag, but it also picks up related subject contributions. (See Wikipedia scandals for example.)
